The project will consist of the following: - Repairing computers (desktops and laptops) and any other peripheral such as printers - Assisting users in resolving their networking problems. Below are the technical skills we require for this project: § Excellent skills in user IT infrastructure – Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Handhelds, Smartphone etc. § Sufficient skills to provide Hands and Feet support for server and network environment § Proven technical skills in Microsoft Windows desktop operating systems and business productivity applications i.e. Office § Administration experience of MS Active Directory users & groups, policies and management concepts § Effective communication in English and local languages is mandatory
